KNEVA COMMUNITY REWARDS
About your Crumbs
Effective 2 November 2026 · Policy version crumbs-20261102-v6-welcome-on
Make real food. Share a little.
Crumbs is KNEVA’s community rewards programme. Eligible members earn by sharing their own bakes, helpful replies and other activities that KNEVA approves. Crumbs are promotional rewards, not cash, a deposit or an investment. They cannot be sold or transferred between members.
Your account and your community
Use your own verified KNEVA account. A guest name or email does not establish ownership of a reward. Saving a private bake, uploading a photo or submitting a post does not itself earn Crumbs. Rewards are recorded only after approval and any required verification. Only the selected photo and caption you explicitly share become public.
Earning rules
At launch, your first approved bake post earns 300 Crumbs total, replacing the ordinary award for that same post. It is not 300 plus 150. The first rewarded photo post counts toward the monthly photo-post limit. Other amounts, caps and enabled activities appear in Your Crumbs before you participate. Calendar months use Singapore time. Posts must be relevant and original, or shared with permission. Duplicate or copied posts, spam, abuse and multiple-account claims do not qualify. Helpful replies and Featured Baker awards require selection; not every reply receives a reward. Honest eligible reviews may be rewarded whether positive or negative.
Welcome rewards
New accounts created on or after 2 November 2026 receive 500 Crumbs once, when they first open Your Crumbs. The offer is per KNEVA account, cannot be transferred, and may be changed or withdrawn for new accounts at any time; Crumbs already granted keep their recorded expiry. Accounts created before that date are not eligible. Marketing newsletter consent is optional and separate. There is no general promise to earn Crumbs for every purchase; partner and referral offers apply only when explicitly active.
Redeeming your Crumbs
Your available balance, current conversion rate and minimum appear in Your Crumbs. Conversion is deliberate: review the amount, credit value and expiry before confirming. Confirmed Crumbs are deducted and KNEVA store credit is issued to the same account. Sign into that account at the KNEVA online checkout to use the credit. A pending result is checked before another conversion can proceed; please do not submit duplicate requests.
Expiry dates
Every award has an expiry date, shown in your activity and expiry list. Unless the offer states otherwise, the initial programme term is 365 days after earning. Changes to future earning terms do not shorten an already-issued award. Expired Crumbs cannot be redeemed. Conversion does not restart the clock: if you convert Crumbs with different expiry dates together, the credit takes the earliest expiry among those Crumbs. Review that date before confirming. A reminder is not required for an award to expire. Applicable law takes precedence.
Non-refundable redemptions and purchases
Products purchased wholly or partly using store credit obtained from Crumbs are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds. Redeemed Crumbs cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or restored as Crumbs. This does not limit rights for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered goods, or any other rights required by applicable law.
Fair corrections
We may correct demonstrable errors and reverse rewards connected to fraud, duplicate or ineligible claims, with a recorded reason. An unsuccessful conversion restores its reserved Crumbs with their original expiry; an uncertain outcome is reconciled first. A later reduction in an ordinary reward amount does not remove a good-faith award already earned.
Changes to Crumbs value and programme rules
KNEVA reserves the right to change, suspend or end the Crumbs programme, including earning activities, reward amounts, conversion value, minimums, limits, eligibility and expiry rules. The conversion value of unredeemed Crumbs is not guaranteed forever. We will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice of material changes that reduce the value or use of already-earned Crumbs, explaining the effective date, which balances are affected and the options for using them before the change. Notice appears in your Kitchen and through appropriate account-service communication where available. Activities submitted under an active offer are assessed under its recorded rules. Confirmed conversions are not revalued by a later rate change, and already-issued credit is not retrospectively reduced or its expiry shortened, except to correct error or fraud or as required by law. A shorter notice period may be necessary for legal compliance, fraud or a serious security issue; we will explain promptly. Ordinary commercial devaluation is not that exception.
If the programme ends
We will normally provide at least 30 days to use eligible unexpired balances under the notified closure arrangements. The notice will state how balances below the normal minimum are handled. Reasonable account restrictions may apply while suspected fraud or compromise is reviewed. Contact KNEVA if you believe an award or decision is incorrect.
Your information, content and legal rights
Private Kitchen photos and notes remain private unless you explicitly choose to publish selected content. A Crumbs award does not give KNEVA unlimited advertising rights to your photographs. The community terms and privacy policy continue to apply. Nothing in this policy removes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact KNEVA through the Kitchen help entry or kneva.co/pages/contact.
